OBE Sales Meeting July 2024

On July 3rd and 4th, our annual representatives meeting took place, offering a valuable opportunity to exchange insights on markets and products while also strengthening team spirit. This year, the meeting included a unique team event at a local farm.

The first day began with a welcome from the management, followed by an extensive market exchange. Representatives from various regions presented their market analyses and reported on specific market conditions. Current trends, challenges, and opportunities were thoroughly discussed.

In the evening, we moved to a nearby farm for a team event. In a casual and natural setting, participants had the chance to get to know each other better and strengthen team cohesion. An exciting farm rally, where participants competed in small teams, encouraged teamwork and creativity. A dinner featuring regional specialties provided an opportunity to reflect on the day and continue business discussions in a relaxed atmosphere.

The second day began with a technical segment, where representatives were informed about the latest product developments and technical innovations. This was followed by intensive product discussions, where detailed feedback and improvement suggestions were exchanged. New products and enhancements to existing offerings were presented, with representatives having the opportunity to ask questions and provide direct feedback. Open discussion rounds allowed for specific questions and concerns to be addressed, fostering a deep understanding and direct exchange with product developers.

The sales meeting on July 3rd and 4th was a great success. The market exchange on the first day provided valuable insights and inspired new approaches for sales activities. The evening team event at the farm strengthened team cohesion and created unforgettable shared experiences.
