Our patented Space Screws offer the optimal solution for nearly any hinge. Thanks to the injection molding with high-performance polyamide and 6 integrated ribs, tolerances are completely compensated. The result is perfect functionality with a smooth and seamless hinge movement.

What can be personalised?
Design your own individual hinge design. In these areas, your creativity can be combined with our precision.
Plate
Define the desired pattern on the plate, including its length and share.
Width & symmetry
The width of the wire can be adjusted to your requirements. We currently offer widths from 2.5 mm to 8 mm. In most cases, the wires are symmetrical, meaning they are identical on both the right and left sides. Asymmetrical wire shapes are also possible.
Surface
Our wires are generally nickel-plated. Upon request, we can also matte, polish, or gold-plate them in different shades.
Side Trimming
For a premium look, we recommend side trimming.
Material
We primarily use nickel silver, but for narrower wires, we also recommend stainless steel. Additionally, titanium can be used upon request.
Hinge Regulation
For maximum safety and comfort, we recommend using our Space Screws for non-flex hinges. These ensure secure fastening of the temples and prevent unintentional loosening, enhancing both wearing comfort and safety.
Temple Hinge
Depending on the width, we have different hinges in our portfolio that are soldered to the wire. Generally, you have to decide between flex or non-flex hinges on the wire.
