Farewell to Erik Schäfer as Managing Director of the OBE Group After more than 35 years with OBE – including over 22 years as a member of the management board – Erik Schäfer will step down from his positions as Managing Director in various domestic and international entities of the OBE Group effective December 31, 2025. However, Mr. Schäfer will remain closely connected to the OBE Group beyond January 1, 2026, in an advisory capacity.
